Oxygen Sensor Nut Size. Worst rust i have ever seen. I hit mine with pb blaster a couple of times a week for a month and it came right out.

Get an o2 sensor socket, or you can get a regular deep 7/8 socket, cut the wires to the old o2 sensor, and take it off with the regular socket. I was this close to taking it to a muffler shop for assistance. Many times the o2 sensor will be bound pretty tightly, an open end wrench will most likely round off the hex.

My front o2 sensor was hitting the bell housing so i decide to buy the exact one on line. Not sure about the o2 sensor bungs, but the egt sensors are m12x1.25, not m18.

Since it's siezed to the sensor flange stud, one option you have is to replace the stud and the nut all together with a bolt. Get an o2 sensor socket, or you can get a regular deep 7/8 socket, cut the wires to the old o2 sensor, and take it off with the regular socket.
